Trying to match the application’s functionality on the web, was a bit of a mission, and while my official title at the startup was creative director, I had to wear many hats: Product manager, producer, UX/UI designer, and copywriter. Alongside the CMO and CPO, I oversaw a vast operation of front and backend developers, UI designers, writers, animators, and blockchain architects. We moonlighted across four different time zones, opened (and closed) thousands of Jira tickets, and consumed case after case of warm Serbian beer .
